Description

I shot this picture from the 40th floor of an apartment building, which was located on 42nd street and 9th ave. (notice the title). I took a few of these shots, playing around with different apertures and speeds, and this one came out the best.
As far as photoshop editing, I did nothing but resize and add borders :)
